Technology built around
your business goals.
Pluritech is a Brazilian software house specialising in iOS, Android and web application development. We combine engineering rigour with a genuine understanding of our clients' commercial realities — delivering modern, scalable digital products that create measurable impact, not just working code.
Born from a belief that
software should serve people.
"We started Pluritech because we kept seeing the same problem: companies investing in technology without anyone really listening to what the business actually needed."
Pluritech was founded in Belo Horizonte by a group of engineers and product thinkers who had grown frustrated watching promising ideas fail — not because of poor development, but because the development process never properly engaged with the underlying problem. Good technology built for the wrong outcome is still a waste.
From day one we set up our process differently. Every engagement begins with understanding — your market, your constraints, your growth ambitions. Only once we genuinely understand the business case do we write a single line of code. That sounds obvious; in practice, very few studios actually do it.
Over the years that philosophy has attracted clients across retail, logistics, healthcare, financial services and education — organisations ranging from agile startups shipping their first MVP to established companies modernising legacy infrastructure. The stack evolves, the team grows, but the founding conviction stays fixed: technology is a means, not an end.
Today Pluritech operates as a full-cycle digital studio. We design, build, host, monitor and continuously improve the solutions we deliver. Our clients don't hand off a brief and disappear — they remain active participants throughout, informed at every sprint and empowered to steer the work.
Three principles that shape
every project we take on.
Principles aren't decoration. Ours are operational — they dictate how we scope, build, communicate and hand over work. If they resonate with you, we'll probably work well together.
We start every engagement by asking what success looks like for your business — not for the app. Features are chosen because they serve a goal, not because they're technically interesting. This prevents scope creep, over-engineering and the all-too-common gap between what was built and what was needed.
You'll never be left wondering where the project stands. We work in short SCRUM sprints with structured review points at every milestone — which means no surprise reveals at the end. If a decision needs to be made, you're part of making it. If something isn't working, we say so early.
We hold ourselves to high technical standards because shortcuts compound. Code quality, security posture, automated testing and cloud-native infrastructure practices are baked into our workflow — not treated as optional extras when time allows. We build things that hold up under real-world load and scrutiny.
A structured process with
no hidden handoffs.
Building great software isn't magic — it's rigour applied consistently. Our eight-stage methodology, shaped by years of real-world project delivery, keeps quality high and surprises low. You're present at every gate, not just the first and last.
We use SCRUM as our operating rhythm. Sprint reviews are opportunities for you to evaluate completed work and redirect effort before it's locked in. Estimates include a detailed breakdown of anticipated hours per deliverable so budget conversations stay grounded in reality, not optimism.
We sit down with you — formally or informally — to understand your idea, your market context and your constraints. No jargon, no sales pitch. We listen first.
We produce a line-by-line estimate covering features, effort, timeline and cost. Nothing is vague. Projected hours are tied to specific deliverables so you can make an informed decision.
Before development starts we present the full execution plan: feature priority, technical architecture decisions, sprint schedule and integration dependencies — all open for your review.
Development begins with interactive prototyping. You can navigate the product, validate flows and request adjustments before a single production line is written — eliminating expensive late-stage changes.
With the approved prototype as a contract, we enter active development in two-week sprints. You're invited to review each sprint completion, keeping the work aligned with real-world expectations throughout.
Every build is put through a structured battery of tests across browsers, operating systems and device form factors. We chase edge cases and stress conditions — not just the happy path.
Once internal testing passes, we present the final build for client sign-off and manage the full publication process — web deployment, App Store submission or Google Play — with nothing left for you to figure out.
Delivery is not the end of the relationship. We monitor performance, track conversion behaviour alongside you and help plan the next phase of improvements so the product evolves as your business does.
A team that treats
craft as a responsibility.
We're a tight-knit group of engineers, designers and product strategists based in Belo Horizonte. Small enough that everyone takes ownership. Experienced enough to know what that ownership requires.
Pluritech doesn't operate on a model of interchangeable resources. The people who discuss your project in the discovery meeting are the people who build it. We avoid the bait-and-switch that clients experience with larger agencies — senior consultants who disappear once contracts are signed, replaced by junior staff working from a brief they didn't write.
Continuous learning is embedded in how we operate. The technology landscape that makes our work possible shifts fast — cloud platforms, AI tooling, mobile SDK updates, security frameworks. Our team dedicates structured time each month to training, certification and peer knowledge-sharing so client projects benefit from current best practice, not the state of the art from two years ago.
We're also honest about what we don't know. When a client's domain has specific regulatory requirements — LGPD compliance, financial-grade security, medical data handling — we bring the right expertise in rather than pretending a generalist skill set covers everything.
The same team from kickoff to go-live. No hand-off surprises, no context lost between departments.
Monthly structured upskilling across cloud, security, AI and mobile — so every project reflects current best practice.
Secure architecture isn't an add-on. We align with ISO 27001, CIS v8 and LGPD requirements from the first sprint.
We scope what we can deliver, not what wins the pitch. If your idea needs a phased approach, we'll say so upfront.
What makes us different
in practice, not just pitch decks.
Six reasons clients choose us — and stay.
We don't ask you to take our word for it. These differentiators are structural — built into our process and measurable in the outcomes our clients report. Read them and ask us how we demonstrate each one in practice.
We cover strategy, design, development, cloud hosting and post-launch monitoring under one roof. You have a single point of accountability for everything — not a patchwork of agencies pointing fingers at each other when something goes wrong.
Every project begins with an interactive prototype you can actually use. Changes at this stage cost a fraction of changes during development. This single practice saves most clients weeks of rework and significant budget.
Our hosting plans run on Microsoft Azure — not shared commodity hosting. Enterprise-grade security, automatic failover, encrypted daily backups and active monitoring are standard, not premium add-ons.
We work across Cloud, AI, Python, Android, iOS, Node.js, Flutter, HTML5 and React — choosing the right tool for each project rather than forcing every problem into a single framework we happen to prefer.
Whether you need LGPD compliance, ISO 27001 alignment or CIS v8 controls, our development and hosting practices are structured to satisfy these requirements — reducing the effort required for audits and corporate client onboarding.
Going live is the beginning, not the conclusion. Our post-launch engagement tracks user behaviour and conversion data alongside you — actively planning optimisations that grow the commercial performance of what we built together.
